Our CEO (Chief Executive Officer) function area is responsible for the strategic direction and further development of Covestro as well as the corporate culture, and includes, among other things, all control functions of the group.

What we offer

During your internship you will be a part of an interdisciplinary team and will perform the following tasks:

• You will contribute to the development and implementation of new digital applications for Covestro R&D
• Together with your colleagues you will help to improve data visualization and analysis
• You will conduct interviews with product experts to understand specific requirements and further develop the digital solution with their feedback
• In cooperation with stakeholders, you will test the feasibility of the developed data analysis application and bring it to productive use
• You are responsible for the documentation and communication of the results to other project team members

What you bring

• You are currently pursuing your master’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines. A chemistry background is a plus
• You can demonstrate experience with Python, additionally knowledge about frontend frameworks like Angular is a plus
• Very good knowledge in webservices and data visualization frameworks
• You exhibit the following working-style characteristics: analytical, structured, highly self-motivated, communicative, and enjoy working in a team
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
