The Financial Services Industry group advises the C-level of large European and French Financial Institutions (banks, insurances companies, wealth- and asset managers, payment and financial infrastructure operators, fintech, etc…) as well as Private Equity sponsors by proposing integrated advisory services along the whole value creation transformation: growth strategies, portfolio advisory and M&A, due-diligence, strategic transformation, performance improvement. A&M FSI also brings restructuring & turnaround expertise to distressed assets and companies.
