Marketing analytics is a crucial way to develop stronger, more data-informed marketing strategies. Our team Digital Marketing works on the areas of Marketing Automation, Data Analytics, Lead Management and Web Enablement. In the area of Data Analytics we develop and implement new tools and process to support further business steering and development. We also take care of research and reporting tasks and provide relevant management information. As an intern you gain access to this interesting business area and its economic success factors.
In addition to our wide range of benefits, you can expect an attractive salary of €2,100 gross/month for a full-time position.

What we offer:

• You will work closely with colleagues (m/f/d) from all areas in the world and generate meaningful insights for them
• You will use relevant data to support creation and improvement of our marketing dashboards
• You will develop own ad-hoc analysis to report and visualize findings using relevant tools (e.g. Tableau).
• You will work into the marketing processes of a chemical company and work in a multidisciplinary team all over the world.
• You will play a key role in a Marketing Data initiative to make our data ready for AI, focusing on enhancing data quality and implementing robust data management systems
• You will create and implement data quality rules for specific use cases, coupled with an efficient alert system to ensure data integrity

What you bring::

• You are an enrolled senior student (m/f/d) in Data Analytics and Decision Science, Information Technology or related fields (Digital Marketing)
• First experiences in marketing would be an advantage
• You have excellent skills in Excel and preferably experiences with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• You understand processes very quickly and have the ability to link data to those processes
• You are able to collect, organize and analyze different data sources and do ad-hoc analysis via SQL or Python
• You are communicative, careful, independent and responsible
• You have strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities

• Fluent English and preferably German round off your profile
