Intern (m/f/d) IT Support
We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Support Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in IT operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, IT systems administration, and process documentation in a real-world business environment.
Your Tasks
User Support and IT Operations
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, basic troubleshooting, and device allocation.
Help document workflows and standard operating procedures for IT operations.
Support the IT team in resolving help desk tickets and providing technical assistance to end-users.
Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Support
Learn to assist in the management of Microsoft 365 accounts, including account creation and license tracking.
Support basic Active Directory tasks such as resetting passwords or modifying group memberships under supervision.
Hardware and Inventory Management
Help maintain and organize the IT hardware inventory.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Software Deployment and Maintenance
Support software installations and updates across user devices.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure software tools are functioning properly and meeting user needs.
Learning and Development
Work under the guidance of experienced IT professionals.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to build your knowledge and skills in IT support.

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common software applications.
• Interest in IT support and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred (but not required)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Active Directory.
Previous experience in a help desk or technical support environment (even informal or educational).
