Job Responsibilities: MISSION: - Support the BaseTech system engineering for Active Safety products (ADAS) in projects, collaborating with external and internal stakeholders. Focus on BSW and HSI. 支持项目中主动安全产品（ADAS）的基技术系统工程工作，与外部和内部利益相关者协作。重点关注基础软件（BSW）和硬件软件接口（HSI）。 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • HSI & BSW Requirements Support: Assist senior engineers in creating and maintaining HSI requirements and BSW module configuration specifications. 协助资深工程师创建和维护硬件-软件接口需求及基础软件模块配置规范。 • BSW development Support: Assist in the development and configuration of Basic Software modules including but not limited to MCAL configuration, communication drivers (CAN, ETH), memory management, and diagnostic modules under the guidance of senior engineers. 在资深工程师指导下，协助完成基础软件模块的开发与配置工作，包括但不限于MCAL配置、通信驱动（CAN、ETH）、内存管理及诊断模块等。 • Tooling: Learn and utilize relevant tools for configuration , version control , and issue tracking). 学习并使用相关的配置工具、版本控制和问题跟踪工具。 • Other Tasks: Complete other tasks as assigned by the team leader. 完成团队负责人安排的其他任务。 POSITION REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 在读本科或硕士研究生，专业为电气工程、电子工程、计算机工程、车辆工程或相关领域 TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS 1、Basic understanding of microprocessor/microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex-A/Cortex-R). 对微处理器/微控制器架构有基本了解。 2、Familiarity with embedded systems concepts. 熟悉嵌入式系统概念。 3、A strong willingness to learn about HSI, Automotive SoCs, and related development processes. 对学习HSI、汽车SoC及相关开发流程有强烈的意愿。 4、Knowledge in Vehicle Communication Technology (CAN, Ethernet etc.). 具备车辆通信技术（如CAN、以太网等）及相关的知识。 SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS 1、Great problem-solving ability and self-learning skills. 出色的解决问题能力和自学能力。 2、Strong team player with good communication skills. 强烈的团队合作精神及良好的沟通能力。 3、Self-motivated and able to manage tasks effectively. 积极主动，能够有效管理任务。 4、Great oral and written communication in Chinese and English. 出色的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
