Intern – Maintainance (Based at Intimates, Ratmalana) MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzing data and brainstorm cost saving projects Help diagnose mechanical, operational and electrical issues Documentation ‐ maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including repair log. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering Proficiency AutoCAD Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Familiarity of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
Responsibilities
The intern will analyze data and brainstorm cost-saving projects while helping to diagnose mechanical, operational, and electrical issues. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including repair logs.
