Key Responsibilities Support the design, development, and testing of Data Science and AI solutions under the guidance of senior team members Assist in data collection, preprocessing, cleansing, and exploratory data analysis activities Contribute to the development of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for business use cases Support Generative AI initiatives, including prompt engineering, document processing, embeddings, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines Assist in developing and testing AI-powered applications and APIs Participate in experimentation, model evaluation, and performance analysis activities Support the implementation of basic MLOps and LLMOps practices, including model tracking, versioning, and monitoring Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders during project execution Prepare technical documentation, reports, presentations, and demo materials related to AI/ML solutions Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI Person Specifications Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in data science, IT/Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Technical Expertise Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts Awareness of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and RAG concepts Basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI orchestration frameworks is an added advantage Familiarity with Python programming and common libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch Understanding of APIs, REST services, and basic software development practices Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, and data processing concepts Familiarity with Git/version control systems is an advantage Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage Awareness of MLOps/LLMOps concepts is desirable but not mandatory Soft Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with guidance from mentors and senior team members Passion for AI, Data Science, and emerging technologies
