Description
Adhere to safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines. Collaborate effectively with the shift team to enhance and maintain performance in meeting area targets. Work together with Manufacturing Technicians and important individuals to develop and effectively implement Best Known Methods (BKMs) throughout different shifts. Collaborate with the 1st shift teams to address tool/process setup challenges and enhance workstation productivity. Analyze data to identify the root cause of chronic issues and take action to prevent reoccurrence. Lead area continuous improvement projects, ensuring all tasks are completed within scope and on schedule. Coordinate project activities, track actions, and communicate progress to team members. Use data analysis skills to make recommendations and implement changes to tool qualification requirements. Proficiency in efficiently organizing tasks and projects, coupled with a keen eye for innovative solutions. Basic understanding of the Fab process areas, including area processing equipment. Strong understanding of SPC principles. Proven ability to communicate and present effectively. Intermediate data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills. Experience or knowledge in one or more scripting, programming, analysis, and/or visualization tools (i.e. Python, Java, Tableau, Matlab, JMP, Minitab). Experience or knowledge of data collection, warehousing systems, and data cleansing. Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Preferred Degrees: Engineering or Operations Management
