Description
[What the role is] The intern will be supporting the marketing and communications efforts for Chingay 2027 and PAssionArts - from creating content and managing social media, to coordinating with vendors and providing on-ground event support. [What you will be working on] Monitor digital media trends and platforms to identify relevant content opportunities and recommend suitable creative directions to support the marketing and communications strategy for Chingay and PAssionArts programmes Assist in conceptualising and developing creative assets for event collaterals, branding visuals, and publicity kits, ensuring consistency with PA's brand guidelines and communications objectives. Assist in executing digital marketing plans across social media platforms, the PA website, paid media buys, and influencer engagements to drive awareness and participation in PA's events and programmes. Ensure accurate and timely communication between PA and vendors, coordinating briefs, feedback, and approvals to support the smooth delivery of marketing and production outputs. Provide logistical support and assist in managing event production for pre- and post-event activities, including on-site support during Chingay and related events. Assist in project management for assigned programmes and events, including planning timelines, organising resources, and supporting execution to meet delivery targets. Provide secretariat and administrative support, including scheduling meetings, securing venues, taking minutes, and following up on action items to facilitate effective team coordination. [What we are looking for] Undergrads in marketing, communications, or relevant discipline Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva); experience with paid digital media or influencer management Willingness to work outside office hours, including evenings and weekends, during event periods.
