We offer students the opportunity to spend a summer working at one of Securitas’ US Operating Centers. This internship program offers undergraduate students with real-world application of business within the North America Shared Services organization. You will participate in an 11-week internship located in Parsippany, New Jersey for 32-40 hours per week and working a hybrid schedule. As a Marketing Design Intern, you will join our marketing team for this start-to-finish internship. You will own the design production of a complete digital advertising asset library across three major campaigns, working alongside experienced marketers, a senior brand leader, and an internal design mentor. This opportunity is built around real work. Your assets will be reviewed, refined, and launched across paid digital channels including Google Display, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Successful completion of the internship program could lead to a return internship for the following summer or employment at the organization in the future.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Content Creation: Develop and post content on social media platforms about topics, new releases, and tips. • Designing Manuals and Guides: Assist in creating and designing manuals and how-to guides for various processes and tools. • Video Tutorials: Create video tutorials to provide visual instructions and enhance user understanding. • Engagement Monitoring: Monitor and respond to interactions on social media platforms to maintain engagement with the audience. • Analytics Reporting: Track and report on the performance of social media posts and campaigns to identify areas for improvement. • Other duties as assigned by management   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY: Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. Education/Experience: • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, advertising, or related field. • Proficiency in Figma (required) - this is our primary design tool Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing): • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles • Familiarity with digital ad formats and platform-specific design requirements is a plus • Ability to work within an established brand system and adapt it across formats • Strong organizational skills, you'll manage multiple deliverables across campaigns simultaneously • Clear communicator who can present creative rationale and incorporate feedback constructively   BENEFITS: • End-to-end experience taking a creative campaign from brief to launch-ready assets • Hands-on exposure to enterprise B2B marketing organization • A mentor relationship with an experienced in-house designer • Real deliverables for your portfolio campaigns that go live in the market • Experience in briefing and collaborating with an external video production vendor   WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: With or without reasonable accommodation, a candidate must have the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions described.
