More information: www.sattva.co.in The Opportunity Convenings and ecosystem platforms play an important role in shaping conversations and partnerships across the social impact ecosystem. For Sattva, events are a strategic channel to: showcase thought leadership and insights engage leaders across business, philanthropy, civil society, and government strengthen relationships across the ecosystem enable new collaborations and advisory opportunities Sattva is building a structured events and convenings capability within its marketing function to identify the right platforms, enable leadership participation in key events, and ensure that these engagements translate into meaningful ecosystem relationships and business opportunities. Role Mandate The intern – Events will support Sattva’s event intelligence and participation strategy. The role will focus on identifying relevant ecosystem events to ensure that events support Sattva’s brand positioning, ecosystem engagement, and market development priorities. Key Responsibilities 1. Event Intelligence and Landscape Mapping Identify and track high-value domestic and international events across philanthropy, CSR, climate, development, and social innovation sectors. Maintain a structured database of relevant convenings and share periodic insights with marketing and business teams on strategic event opportunities. 2. Strategic Event Participation and Partnerships Identify and secure speaking, panel, and participation opportunities for Sattva leaders at relevant ecosystem events. Build relationships with event organisers and convening platforms to enable Sattva’s participation in high-impact forums. t engagements are captured in CRM systems and tagged as event-originated leads. 3. Sattva Convenings and Event Execution Support the planning and execution of Sattva-hosted roundtables, workshops, and ecosystem convenings. Coordinate participant outreach, logistics, and agenda development with marketing and business teams to ensure a high-quality brand experience. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities. Knowledge of CRM tools and outreach tracking systems is beneficial. Skills and Competencies Ecosystem awareness: Understanding of the social impact, CSR, and development sector landscape and key convening platforms. Event strategy: Ability to identify relevant events and secure speaking and participation opportunities. Communication: Clear written and verbal communication when engaging with internal teams and external partners.
