Job Description Get to Know the Team GrabRentals is Grab's in-house vehicle rental business, providing private-hire cars and taxis to driver-partners on daily rental contracts. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Singapore. Get to Know the Role This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of ride-hailing and vehicle rental services while contributing to impactful marketing projects. You will be fully onsite (Grab@OneNorth) The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will develop and implement marketing strategies for GrabRentals and GrabCab, creating engaging content across social media and digital channels to grow brand awareness. You will conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, map the driver lifecycle, and pinpoint specific areas for service optimization. You will support the execution and tracking of co-branded projects and partnerships, providing data-driven insights to evaluate their effectiveness. You will collaborate across Product, Operations, and Business teams, and external partners, to ensure seamless project delivery and impactful results. You will take an active role in the organisation and execution of marketing events, ensuring that logistical requirements and brand goals are consistently achieved. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need You are a current Undergraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with specialisation in digital marketing, social media strategies, and creative conceptualization. You have a logical and structured thought process, with the ability to distil complex concepts into simple, relevant messages for diverse partners. You display the readiness to take ownership of tasks and adapt your approach as project requirements change. You have a collaborative mindset and basic data analysis skills, allowing you to work well with partners and find insights from marketing metrics. You understand the Singapore market and local consumer trends; prior experience the ride-hailing or vehicle rental industry is a plus.
