This role is based in Singapore and will be part of the Marketing HK & SEA team.

Update of info on digital platforms

• Assist colleagues overseeing the websites and/or other platforms/ databases to ensure that updates are made promptly (including uploads)
• Assist in the monthly updates of online fund fact sheets (HK site) and other fund related information and collaterals. This may involve working with different internal/ external parties who provide the necessary information/ data, as well as input and checking of the information/data

Update of product materials

• Support in the update of monthly product materials. This involves working with external vendors and checking that information has been correctly updated/ inserted.

Events support

• Support in the preparation of events (proprietary and partners’) – this may involve but is not limited to co-ordination of logistics, sourcing of venues as well as onsite support

Others

• Support in Singapore office events where applicable
