The Position MiddleGround is targeting summer interns to work on collaborative team-specific projects, as well as broader exposure within the firm. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the Marketing Team and complete a final project outlined at the beginning of your internship, with a presentation at the end of the term. This internship is a great fit for a student studying marketing who wants to explore the field in a real-world private equity environment. Requirements Key Traits and Responsibilities Support the buildout of MGC’s social listening program in Sprout Social, a tool that enables us to track mentions of specific keywords and understand public online sentiment. This would include configuring listening topics, identifying relevant keywords, and establishing a reporting cadence for actionable insights Conduct audits to ensure branding remains consistent across platforms and materials Support ad hoc marketing tasks as needed, including creative and content requests as well as creative archiving Offers insights based on coursework in marketing or related areas Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong appreciation for process and consistency Collaborates and communicates with internal stakeholders Maintains a "can do," enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine willingness to learn and absorb new information Requirements Student currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or advanced degree program (Marketing preferred) Experience or interest in photography, graphic design, videography, or other creative pursuits is a plus, but not required Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to marketing platforms is a plus Self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work independently and cross-collaboratively across teams
