Employees are part of an environment that values collaboration, authenticity, sustainability, and enjoying the moments that bring people together!   Marketing Intern – Influencer & Ambassador Programs   Internship Summary The Summer Marketing Intern will support the Breckenridge Distillery marketing team by leading key brand‑building initiatives across influencer marketing, social content creation, and the Mountain Shot College Ambassador Program. This role is ideal for a self‑starter with strong creative instincts, social media fluency, and an interest in experiential and grassroots brand building.   Key Responsibilities • Influencer Program Management: Assist in building and managing an influencer pipeline, including outreach, vetting, communication, and content coordination. Ensure influencers follow brand guidelines, content approval processes, and posting requirements.   • Content Creation & Social Support: Capture and edit digital content (photo/video) across Breckenridge Distillery brands. Help develop creative concepts, draft captions, maintain asset organization, and support day‑to‑day social needs.    • College Ambassador Program Oversight: Support recruitment, onboarding, and management of ambassadors; coordinate monthly content expectations, ensure brand standards, and track deliverables. Assist with program logistics, ambassador kits, incentives, and themed events.   • Brand Execution: Uphold brand voice, aesthetic, and compliance across all content and partnerships.   • Reporting & Insights: Monitor performance metrics for influencer and ambassador content, help compile learnings, and identify opportunities for optimization.   Qualifications • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or related field • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) • Creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects • Photo/video skills a plus (shooting + basic editing)   This is a great 3-month paid internship opportunity for third or fourth-year students, as well as new graduates looking for real-world experience.   Tilray welcomes applications from all qualified individuals and is committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace.  Tilray does not use artificial intelligence tools to screen, assess, or select applicants.
