Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and driven Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Marketing department in a variety of tasks related to branding, digital marketing, event planning, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, analyze marketing data, and help develop new marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising Help with event planning and execution, including in-store retail and brand marketing activations Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights Analyze and report on marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives Support the development of marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Marketing & Communications Requirements Experience & Key Competencies: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn This job description is not all-inclusive, and MCM Products USA Inc. reserves the right to amend this job description at any time.
