DescriptionWhat You’ll Do: As an intern with our Frontier House Team, you’ll be immersed in a clubhouse setting, where your role will be pivotal. Your responsibilities may include. Hands-on Training: Gain practical experience in how Clubhouse or IPS program and clinical treatment work together. Service Plan Development: Review treatment plans, notes and goal setting related to recovery and psychiatric rehabilitation. Engage membership in work unit experience, developing rapport, establishing boundaries, and creating relationships. Team Collaboration: Participate in activities of supported employment such as career exploration, job placement, job coaching, work adjustment training, and coordination with external supportive services. Coordination: Assist members with Community Support Service (case management) such as housing, benefits, and linkage to various community resources. What We’re Looking For: Current Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a master’s level program relevant to the placement at an accredited institution. Academic Standing: Be in good standing with your university or college. Background Check: Successfully complete a background check, including fingerprinting and drug screening. Additional Requirements: Health Requirements: Annual Flu vaccine and TB testing is required.
