Intern ‐ Material Development (Based at MAS Activewear – Biyagama ) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Customer color standards or records maintaining and follow with MILL or plant or suppliers for season wise developments.   * Work with Mills and assist for lab dip development as per the customer requirements within given timeline and data validation or record maintaining. * Work with Mills and assist for first bulk development as per the customer requirements within given timeline and data validation or record maintaining. * Involve in annual calibrations with third part teams and follow up the certification process.   * Work with internal or external labs for required testing requirements. * Involve and assist in special projects handling by Color development teams.     KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS   * Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Textile & clothing. * Strong communication skills. * Good computer literacy. 
Responsibilities
The intern will assist in managing customer color standards, lab dip development, and bulk development processes with suppliers. They will also support testing requirements, annual calibrations, and special projects within the color development team.
