Requirements Assist technical support and problem-solving skills for the Manufacturing department to meet quality and quantity objectives. Assist in lean manufacturing initiatives. Assist manufacturing with initiating continuous improvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Willingness to apply coursework to hands-on tasks within the manufacturing floor. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of the organization.
