Description
We are thrilled to announce an internship opportunity for 2026. Key Areas of Exposure During Your Internship with Us Include: Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC/ACMV, pumps, motors, fire protection systems, lifts, generators, and irrigation systems. Perform minor repair work and ensure timely rectification of faults and defects. Replace worn components and carry out overhauls of mechanical assets as needed. Monitor building mechanical systems to ensure efficient performance and operation within set parameters. Maintain logbooks and records of maintenance works performed, faults identified, and actions taken. Assist in system testing and commissioning after maintenance or repair work. Criteria for the Ideal Intern: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum CGPA 3.0. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Team player with a positive and proactive attitude, eager to contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Responsibilities
Interns will conduct routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems, perform minor repairs, and monitor system performance. They will also maintain records of maintenance works and assist in system testing after repairs.
