Intern - Merchandising (To be based at Bodyline Horana) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the merchandising team with weekly reporting and daily operational tasks Prepare, maintain, and update weekly reports and tracking tools Support data consolidation and analysis for business decision-making Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timelines Assist in monitoring product performance and identifying key insights KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Final-year Undergraduate or Graduate in Business Administration or a related field Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Good command of the English language Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

The intern will assist the merchandising team with weekly reporting and daily operational tasks, including preparing and maintaining tracking tools. Responsibilities also involve supporting data consolidation and analysis, coordinating internal teams for order execution, and monitoring product performance to identify key insights.
