KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate with the Embellishment, Planning, and Sourcing teams to ensure all styles are prepared and ready for customer approvals. * Color Sample Coordination: Manage the coordination of color samples, ensuring accurate representation and timely delivery to meet project timelines. * Development Process Support: Provide essential support to the team during the product development process, helping to drive innovation and ensure high-quality outcomes. * Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the sample room and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives. * Report Preparation: Compile and prepare detailed reports to support management decision-making, offering valuable insights based on data and performance metrics KEY REQUIREMENTS * Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, SLIM, CIM, Business Management, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth. * Knowledge in SAP system and ability to support in plant coordination. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams. * Basic proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently. * Prior Garment related experience will be an added advantage. * Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with embellishment, planning, and sourcing teams to prepare styles for customer approval and manage color sample delivery. Act as a liaison between the sample room and business teams while preparing detailed performance reports for management.
