KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing communications and transactions with overseas suppliers Preparing detailed bills of materials with precision and accuracy Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely sample completion Monitoring raw material stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment Complying with internal process requirements to maintain operational efficiency KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Management, Physical Science or professional qualifications such as CIM High IT literacy. Basic proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
Responsibilities
The intern will manage communications and transactions with overseas suppliers and prepare detailed bills of materials. They will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely sample completion and monitor raw material stock levels.
