Intern – Merchandising (Based at, Pelawatta) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborating with internal teams to develop new sample developments such as pre-production fit samples. Identifying and ordering Raw materials including trims and fabrics required for sample development stages. Maintain good relationships with external suppliers to make the delivery process smooth. Continuously following up internal and external teams to meet sample development deadlines. SAP, customer PLM, One PLM systems and applications usage Maintaining accurate records of orders and other relevant information, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Identifying and processing new product sample requirements by using customer tech packs. Monitoring inventory levels for sample development, forecasting demand and coordinating with PDC. Engage in internal RM in housing process KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Graduate or Undergraduate in Marketing, Business management or relevant field.
Responsibilities
The intern will collaborate with internal teams to develop new sample developments and maintain relationships with external suppliers. They will also manage raw materials and ensure compliance with internal policies.
