Intern ‐ Merchandising (BASED AT MAS ACTIVEWEAR - BIYAGAMA) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Liaise with suppliers to gather material details, track deliveries, and assist with the material ordering. * Assist in sample Planning/ job card/ follow-up. * Involve in sample material inventory control and trim cards management. * Assist with heat-transfer testing management and execution. * Assist in analyzing cost breakdowns and margins to ensure the data accuracy. * Input product data into various databases and systems, mainly PLM & capacity plan. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Following or completed a degree or diploma in Business Management or Marketing. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Good IT literacy.

Responsibilities

The intern will assist with material ordering, supplier liaison, and sample planning to ensure efficient production workflows. They will also manage product data entry into systems like PLM and support cost analysis to maintain data accuracy.
