KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Communicate and follow up with suppliers and customer * Liaise with Sample Room, Embellishment, Planning and sourcing team to ensure samples are completed in a timely manner. * Coordinating with stores, cutting and sample room in-order to send the samples on time. * Supporting the Product Development merchants, mainly in managing the sample room activities * Raw Material ordering, Goods Received Notes, and Material Recovering Facility issuing and collecting from stores. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Management, or professional qualifications such as CIM * Basic proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently. * Proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations that convey ideas clearly and professionally. * Communication and Negotiation skills

Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for communicating and following up with suppliers and internal teams like the Sample Room and Planning to ensure timely sample completion. Key tasks include managing raw material ordering, processing Goods Received Notes, and supporting Product Development merchants with sample room activities.
