Intern ‐ Merchandising (Based at Pelawatta) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. The value stream portfolio includes Victoria’s Secret, Calvin Klein, Marks & Spencer, Triumph, Speedo and Aerie. Positioned as a global centre of excellence, the Bodywear Value Stream combines advanced product innovation, technology-led solutions and operational scale to meet evolving consumer expectations across intimate and swim categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborating with internal teams to develop new sample developments such as pre-production fit samples. * Identifying and ordering Raw materials including trims and fabrics required for sample development stages. * Maintain good relationships with external suppliers to make the delivery process smooth * Continuously following up internal and external teams to meet sample development deadlines. * SAP, customer PLM, One PLM systems and applications usage. * Maintaining accurate records of orders and other relevant information, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Identifying and processing new product sample requirements by using customer tech packs. * Monitoring inventory levels for sample development, forecasting demand and coordinating with PDC. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Graduate or Undergraduate in Marketing, Business management or relevant field

Responsibilities

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop pre-production fit samples and managing the procurement of raw materials and trims. It also requires maintaining supplier relationships and using SAP and PLM systems to track orders and inventory.
