The Singapore Operations team drives business growth for Grab Singapore, aligning with Grab’s vision through strategic programmes. Within this, the Merchant Operations team advocates for merchant-partners, advocating for enhanced experiences and success. Collaborating across business products and departments, we integrate hyperlocal nuances, improve journeys, and support growth while ensuring cost efficiency.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

  • Undergraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business or other relevant courses.
  • Express ideas in writing and verbally, and can create effective contents.
  • Project management skills with good prioritisation capabilities.
  • Independent learner and can work under VUCA environment.

Responsibilities

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

As a Merchant Operations Intern, you will help enhance merchant engagement and support experiences across Grab’s merchant platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop operational content on platforms such as the Help Centre, AI Chatbot, Grab Websites and Merchant App, ensuring a seamless support experience for our merchant-partners.

CRITICAL TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM

  • You will develop and refine educational content, including training materials, troubleshooting guides and best practices for managing stores and orders.
  • You will enhance the Help Centre to improve the self help experience for merchants.
  • You will improve AI chatbot responses by testing, training and updating knowledge base for better automated support.
  • You will support any other related ad-hoc operational projects.
