Responsibilities
The intern will scout and evaluate tech and deep tech startups, supporting due diligence processes, preparing investment memos, and contributing to investment committee discussions. Responsibilities also include supporting acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures, alongside conducting company valuations and preparing decision-making materials for senior leadership.
