MBC is seeking an intern to support the creation of a resource library to document systems to be authorized for use by the US government.  You'll have the opportunity to continuously learn and apply the latest innovations and best practices. This is a paid internship. The internship is anticipated to begin in December 2025 and is expected to continue through May 31, 2025. The internship period may be extended based on mutual agreement. Responsibilities: * Research FedRAMP authorization requirements and break down the process in plain terms for our team * Do the same for the ATO/RMF process so we understand what agencies go through to authorize systems * Review NIST 800-53 controls and help us understand how they map to these authorization frameworks * Pull together a resource library of key documents, templates, and guidance from FedRAMP.gov and NIST * Create some internal reference materials or briefings we can use as we explore this space * Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients Qualifications: * Computer science or similar major with interest in/exposure to AI/machine learning * Eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance * Strong attention to detail and accurate keyboarding skills * The ability to provide support remotely or onsite at MBC Headquarters * Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid  Compensation Policy:  Salary ranges displayed are typical for this position, but MBC considers multiple factors when extending an offer.
