Position Responsibilities: * Conduct market study of available monazite-rich feedstocks including source, distribution, public disclosures, offtake agreements, etc. * Perform comparative analyses of such feedstocks * Evaluate availability and specifications of available mixed rare earth oxides including source and distribution * Assist in developing an acquisition and blend strategy for such feedstocks * Coordinate with VP Projects and process development team on testing of pre-treatment * Perform other data analysis and market analysis tasks as assigned Basic Qualifications: * Competence in simple data analysis, comfort using excel and / or other database tools * Understanding of principles of financial analysis and public company financials * Fluent in (reading/speaking/writing) Mandarin Chinese and English Desired Qualities: * Must be highly analytical, intellectually curious * Must be self-directed, highly collaborative, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities * Ability to work with all levels within the organization, including senior management.
