The selected student will be introduced to NAND device physics, NAND specifications and validations and electrical failure analysis. In the course of internship, the student will have an opportunity to collaborate with engineers from Product Engineering and other departments, perform actual bench testing and gain more knowledge through peer sharing. The student should exhibit strong interest or knowledge in semiconductor physics and microelectronics. Strong Python/C++ knowledge will be an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pursuing degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, preferably focusing on Microelectronics.
  • Strong self-motivation and enthusiasm
  • August to December 2025
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for post qualification NAND change validation and conversion
  • Work with cross-functional team to resolve the customer returns or system fails due to NAND design/intrinsic issues and provide the fix or mitigation in time
  • Drive the continuous improvements to help NAND marginalities to achieve best-in-class quality
  • Responsible for the cell revision/reticle continuous development/conversion post qualification
  • Support validation and failure analysis on test-chip vehicle.
