Business Unit Overview Operations: Our Operations unit is the engine room of Superloop - responsible for maintaining and supporting all of our products and internal technical infrastructure to ensure the best possible service to both our customers and our very own business. Our Operations unit is responsible for ensuring that the business has the technical capability and capacity to deliver services to all Superloop customers ranging from Home Broadband to International Wholesale. ➔ Networks: Our Networks team are the architects and custodians of our networks that enable our core products suite - connectivity. The Networks team design, install and maintain production networks to enable maximum performance and availability to our internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Configuring routers and switches, including basic setup and configurations Monitoring network performance and helping troubleshoot basic issues Assisting with network audits and maintaining accurate documentation Supporting installations, upgrades, and testing activities This is a learning-focused role that provides hands-on exposure to networking concepts, tools, and real-world infrastructure while building strong foundational skills. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering. Basic network knowledge – router and switching concepts (Preferably CCNA certifications).
