Define your future at Hong Leong Bank We are looking for Intern - Occupational Health, Safety which will supports the Bank’s achievement of its OHS goals and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be reporting to Manager, Corporate Real Estate Operational Management. Job Responsibilities 1. OHS Documentation Assist in maintaining the Occupational Health & Safety Management System documentation, ensuring it is up to date, documents controlled, records maintained and information communicated to stakeholders. These include risk & legal registers, TOR, Guidance Notes, Process Flow and periodical reporting. 2. Data & Report Generation Assist in collating data for analysis measurement of the Bank’s OHS performance. Ensure documents are filed and properly reviewed to ensure reporting is kept in accordance with the requirement. 3. Induction Material Maintain & improve the OHS Resource Site for stakeholders to access information on OHS & Environmental compliance. Assist in creating and updating online training material, awareness posters/infographics for stakeholders’ awareness on OHS & Environmental issues related to the bank. 4. Assist with result analysis of workplace inspections and other OHS inspections & monitoring. 5. Assist in OSH day-to-day work and other relevant documentation work & OSH monitoring analysis. 6. Assist in digitalising the existing procedure and automate the methods where applicable. 7. Assist and co-facilitate any OSH-related programmes within the bank. 8. Assist in maintaining safety and health programs to ensure compliance with current OSHA & its regulations and other applicable OHSE standards. 9. Assist other ad-hoc activities related to OSH. Job Requirements Malaysian citizen. Diploma / Degree level exposure to Occupational Safety and Health, and seeking Internship experience. Knowledge in using Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Office, Power Apps, Power Automate/Flows). Any work experience related to Occupational Safety & Health, Formal OHS and Environmental compliance training will be an added advantage. Taking responsibility for work and being able to work diligently on assignments assigned. Responsibilities
