DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: Investment team supports commercial and residential developers, investors, and occupiers of properties in Vietnam. Advisory services include financing, acquisition, and disposal of properties. INTERNS' DUTIES: Prepare marketing materials: investment flyers, teasers, and memoranda. Regularly updating the database through email, cold calls, in-person-contact. Assist the team revising brokerage contracts or cooperation agreements. Arrange meetings, or site inspections, between vendor and purchaser. REQUIREMENTS: Final-year students or fresh graduates who are dynamic, confident, sociable, and driven. Interested and keen to know more about real estate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Able to intern fulltime (4-6 months) Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Giang Vo, Hanoi. Working time: Monday to Friday.
