The Role
Job Responsibilities: 1. Product function testing: Assist in product function testing from the customer’s perspective before product launch, communicate closely with the frontline team and product team, identify issues and promote product improvements. 2. Product process streamlining and onboarding operations: Streamline the onboarding process for products, and assist in the information entry and review for merchant onboarding. 3. Project promotion: Participate in the team’s daily operations management, work with the product research team to implement projects, and participate in the streamlining of processes and creation of tools for the sales team to ensure the team’s goals are achieved. 4. Market research: Based on business development needs, gain an in-depth understanding of the operations of restaurants in the Saudi market, generate relevant research reports, and provide suggestions for product design.
Requirements
1. Fluent in speaking, reading, writing Arabic, English. 2. Proficient in using data analysis tools 3. Available to work 5 days or more per week, internship period of at least 4 months 4.
