About the role Online Retail Activation Intern DACH (f/m/d) Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, work with innovative products and discover how an international company operates behind the scenes? This role, located in Cologne Ehrenfeld, offers an exciting opportunity to combine analytical, creative, and managerial skills. Join our team and help us strengthen Dyson’s online presence in the DACH region! This role sits in the Digital Retail Activation DACH Team, with colleagues in Zurich and Vienna with a total of 7 people. Your Responsibilities: · Support the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing activities, especially in collaboration with our retail partners. · Assist in monitoring and tracking marketing budgets and help evaluate campaign performance. · Contribute to e-merchandising on partner websites (e.g. MediaMarkt, Otto, Douglas, Flaconi, QVC), including maintaining brand pages, product detail pages and realise online product launches. · Work closely with agencies and internal teams to help develop and update marketing assets. · Support the Key Account Team in developing joint online initiatives with key retail partners. · Assist in the execution of joint projects and campaigns with retailers. · Help collect, analyze, and prepare data to evaluate digital marketing activities. · Research market and consumer trends and share fresh ideas for innovative marketing approaches. · Preparing presentations and reports for internal and external audiences. · Collaborate with interns and colleagues from other Dyson markets across Europe. What You’ll Bring: · First experience or strong interest in digital marketing, Online Activation, E-commerce and innovative technologies. · Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach. · Team player mentality and strong willingness to learn. · Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. · Enthusiasm to actively contribute your own ideas. · Strong communication skills to internal and external partners · Solid Negotiation skills with external partners and retailers · Passion for questioning the status quo and willing to deep dive in KI solutions for efficient ways of working · Ideally first experience in partner/customer/account management · Fluency in English and German.
