Job Description Operations & Sourcing - Travel Umrah Intern (Ikhlas.com) JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Ikhlas.com is looking for a creative individual that possess skills in sourcing travel products (activities, hotels, transport,tour guides) for Umrah to be listed on Ikhlas.com,curate those products into packages, create content and also partner with destination specific partners. Additionally, possess skills in operations that will drive service and operational performance for IKHLAS’s Umrah products across its platforms. Responsibilities : Handle incoming and outgoing inquiries and communicate with customer with polite and confident Handle the customer feedback, complaint and request with systematically documented. Maintaining a high standard of customer services by handling all inquiries/ feedbacks in a timely manner. Day-to-day operational execution and fulfillment on e-commerce platforms. Handling returns and refunds to your respective e-commerce platforms. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports for management review. Assist the manager to monitor and work closely with suppliers to ensure a seamless reservation and booking process Carry out all tasks, big or small, with diligence and positivity Flexibly adhere to defined procedures and service standards as required by the business Assist managing the service level and commercial performance for Umrah product categories across regions Tracking the list of customer that abundant from platform cart Understand the process of working with our tech product team to improve usability of booking processes on Ikhlas.coms website, app,and other distribution channels. take up customers escalations and assist the team to answer calls/live chat/emails if there is any out -surge. Carry out the daily target closing leads that coming from online and offline perspective Your KPIs : Success in delivering on product portfolio and targets, as well as other strategic KPIs as agreed with the company senior team Ability to collaborate with various teams with working cultures and located in different Airasia offices Capacity to handle uncertainty and ambiguity, and a fast-paced work environment Ability to prioritize work based on strategic importance and level of impact on business. Skills Required : 2 - 5 years of experience in Umrah Operations Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment A good listener with strong communication skills Excellent ability of cross-functional communication. Logical and structured thinking, able to see the nature of biz needs. Strong analytical skills. Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides proficiency highly preferred Experience in Umrah products such as Tours & Activities, Flights, Hotels, Mutawwifs, Visa handling and more.. Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
