Learn more about Teleport here: https://www.teleport.it/ A DAY IN LIFE As part of the Operational Excellence (Tracing) team, you will support daily tracing operations by ensuring accurate data management and smooth process execution. You will play a key role in maintaining system accuracy, organizing case information, and supporting the team through structured administrative tasks. This role focuses on discipline, attention to detail, and following established procedures rather than complex investigations. Main Responsibilities (Tasks) : System Data Entry : - Perform data entry for misroute cases into the system. - Collect and sort scattered details from individual team emails to complete entries. - Ensure accurate logging of misroute case details. Basic Follow-ups: Conduct basic follow-ups as directed to gather necessary information Document Logging: Log relevant documents related to each case. Note : This intern role provides fundamental support focused on data management and does not involve handling complex investigations or critical reports. Qualifications : These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role : Aged 18 years or older Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months (6–12 months preferred) Minimum education level of SPM or equivalent Good written and spoken English proficiency Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and work ethic Willingness to learn and follow structured procedures Ability to manage multiple basic tasks and timelines effectively High attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated and dependable At Teleport, we’re all about creating a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels valued.
