As a bolttech intern.... You will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training, exposure to exciting opportunities including managing your own project. You will be embedded in a team working along side some of our best SMEs. You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience. You will be working with the Operations team located in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. You will have the opportunity to… Claim Process Billing process and reconciliation Complaint handling & NPS Warehouse management Power BI reporting What we are looking for… Someone who is adaptive - being in a fast-paced environment such as bolttech, you’ll need to have a flexible mindset in the face of change. In our roles of key account management support, we are flexible in approaches on different situations and circumstances to serve our partners/customers. Someone who is a great communicator who practices active listening and has a good understanding of how different audiences require different styles of communication. Required skills: Fluent in English, good at Ms. Office including excel, power point, A self-starter and quick learner who wants to learn more about start-up and corporate culture. We’re looking for last-year undergraduates doing their degrees in business administration, marketing, or related majors.
