Intern - Operations  To be based at Biyagama MAS is Sri Lanka’s largest exporter and South Asia’s largest design-to-delivery solution providers in apparel and textile manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  * Track project progress, follow up on tasks, and ensure deadlines are met * Maintain and update tracking sheets, status reports, and dashboards * Coordinate with multiple departments to gather updates and align on deliverables * Identify delays, risks, or gaps and proactively flag them * Support reporting by summarizing key updates and insights * Assist in improving workflows and bringing structure to ongoing processes KEY QUALIFICATIONS  * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field * Prior internship, academic project or practical exposure in business operations, project coordination will be an added advantage * Experience using Excel for tracking, reporting, or data organization * Exposure to project management tools or structured task tracking systems  
Responsibilities
The intern will track project progress, maintain status reports, and coordinate with various departments to ensure deliverables are met. They will also assist in identifying risks and improving operational workflows.
