Assist in creating visual factory improvement on cell level to drive efficiency and productivity Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department Involved in cross-functional alongside EH&S QA departments in continuous improvement projects Support Operations department in day-to-day task or as assigned Requirements Diploma/ Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related fields Proficient in Microsoft Office Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry Learning Outcome Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE - Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) Learn about operations planning and management Understand the different roles and how it plays its part in the organization.
