We are looking for an Intern to join our People Organisation & Development Team, which focuses on improving AUTO1’s capability through aligning strategy, structure, products and tools, processes, and reports. Our team comprises of experienced Project Managers and System Engineers, working directly with the company’s management team and all functions of our People department.
As an Intern, you will assist the team with cleaning past salary raises and compensation data, build readable reports for the managers and People teams, and migrate the salary review tool to Workday. You will tackle areas such as compensation strategy, performance management, and feedback. You will get hands-on experience leading systems such as Workday. You will work within a highly dynamic team, with international exposure in the People Organisation & Development team.

Job Description

  • Work with the Google Script Engineer and Project Manager team who built the previous Reviews.
  • Analyze our past Salary Review Processes and data collection, propose unified set of data definition and transform into a single data base.
  • Support the migration to Workday Advanced Compensation, by offering readable historical data for managers and potentially for the employees.
  • Prepare historical dashboards of past Salary Review, displaying unique sets of Finance and People metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A university degree in Business, Management, Social Sciences, or in other related fields.
  • Ideally, first experience with Data Analysis and Management. Along with a fast-adapting personality with a strong sense of ownership, detail orientation, and “just do it” approach
  • Process-focused thinking and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written, German is a plus
