Intern – Planning (Based at MAS Casualline) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary specifications and assess manufacturing feasibility. Schedule and attend merchandising and production meetings with key stakeholders to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions. Assist in resolving production performance anomalies, such as delays or advancements, as well as raw material flow disruptions. Ensure all planning information is meticulously maintained in current systems (e.g., Planning Tool and SAP). Regularly update, analyze, and review key reports to support efficient production operations and informed management decision-making. KEY REQUIREMENTS Undergraduates in / Statistics/ Physical Science/ Finance and Data Science background. Basic proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and provide insights.
Responsibilities
The intern will collaborate with teams to gather specifications and assess manufacturing feasibility. They will also assist in resolving production performance issues and maintain planning information in current systems.
