Intern Planning (Based at Unichela-Koggala) MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates as an Intern-Planning. This role would enable you to support leadership through the utilization of digital tools/platforms to ensure profitability, capacity optimization and reduction in overheads costs in the assigned manufacturing facility to meet customer expectations in alignment with set overarching organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with teams to obtain specifications, assess manufacturing feasibility, reserve plant capacity, and prepare loading plans. Participate in meetings across Sales, Manufacturing, and Technical teams to solve production issues and plan ahead. Support leadership decisions by maintaining accurate planning data in systems like SAP and internal planning tools. Update and review reports (e.g., loading plans, pre-production schedules, production status). Collaborate on operational excellence tasks, including updating and sharing production data and forecasts. Monitor machine availability, proactively identifying limited resources to avoid production delays. Identify and implement projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize processes using digital tools. Qualifications: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physical Science, Engineering AND/OR Professional - Fully Qualified- Financial Accounting. Strong Communication, Analytical and Problem-solving skills
