Description
We are looking for a motivated Summer Intern to join our Research & VoC team and contribute directly to our Net Promoter Score (NPS) program, an internal initiative that tracks customer loyalty and satisfaction across the organization. Over two months, the intern will help transform NPS data into richer, more actionable outputs by developing new reporting frameworks, deeper analytics, and correlation analyses that connect NPS trends to broader business metrics. Analyze NPS survey data to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers across audience segments. Develop new reporting formats and dashboards that present NPS results in a clearer, more actionable way. Conduct correlation analyses linking NPS scores to other internal business and operational metrics. Assist in the design or refinement of survey instruments to improve data quality and response rates. Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to contextualize NPS findings and generate deeper insights. Present findings and recommendations to the research team in a clear, concise format. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Social Sciences, Statistics, Market Research, Business, or a related field. Hands-on experience with analytics software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools). Experience in survey design, including questionnaire structure, scale development, and question formulation. Working knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Ability to perform and interpret correlation and regression analyses.
