• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and implement processes, fostering strong teamwork and operational efficiency • Bring in fresh perspectives and propose innovative ideas to improve project outcomes, encouraging a culture of creativity and continuous learning • Run small, independent sub-projects or pilot initiatives under guidance, taking ownership of planning, execution, and reporting to build hands-on project management experience • Prepare project status reports, presentations, and documentation, ensuring accurate progress tracking and clear stakeholder communication • Coordinate effectively with project management agencies and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives • Apply AI-driven tools and analytical skills to support project implementation, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation within project workflows • Contribute to the identification of process improvements, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity • Assist with managing project resources and schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and personnel • Bachelor's/Master's student in areas such as Business Administration, Economics with Marketing or any other relevant fields • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of advanced features in Microsoft Teams and Co-Pilot, and Project Professional is a plus • Proficient in AI tools and technologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in a professional setting • Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently • Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding • This is a full-time internship requiring availability five days a week. Applicants must be enrolled in a university throughout the internship period. Start date: May/June Duration: 6 months
