PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Our internship programme provides students who have a strong passion in Public Relations the opportunity in gaining practical work experience through on-job training. You will be assigned to our Client Servicing Team to participate in various activities and projects from which you will gain valuable insights for your career development by learning more about yourself and lay solid foundation for your career. The internship programme is under 3-6 months full time basis. Interested parties must be able to commit a minimum 3 months full time training. Full time employment may be offered to interns upon the completion of the internship programme based on work performance and business needs. Interested parties, regardless of your academic disciplines, who have a passion in Public Relations are welcome to apply. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Client Servicing Teams, providing digital assistance, and daily media monitoring services to clients with minimal supervision within the set deadlines Draft media relations materials such as media invitations, fact sheets, backgrounders, and executive biographies under supervision Develop and maintain media contact lists and databases Supports the team by providing digital assistance, daily media monitoring services, crisis and issues monitoring requirements to clients with minimal supervision within the set deadlines Effectively distills data into coherent analysis, insights, and ultimately actionable recommendations in straightforward and simple language Integrates disparate data sources that capture performance across owned, paid and earned channels Conduct research on media landscape to identify client-relevant coverage including competitive market and industry information Analysis and provide a recap for client and competitor coverage Digital community management for client’s social channels Digital content creation/planning opportunity Chance to participate in data/strategic insights for pitch process for new businesses Coordinate logistics and schedules for media personnel regarding client events and projects through proactive outreach and/or onsite support Schedule and coordinate meetings and keep participants advised of any changes Handle various projects and act as a resource for the Client Servicing Teams as required REQUIREMENTS A Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent Familiar with social media tools such as blogs, microblogging, social networks, RSS, etc. Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, able to read and write Chinese is a definite advantage Good translation skills, be able to translate Chinese articles into English or vice versa is a bonus Ability to stay organised and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment Good understanding and passion in PR and marketing communications Basic understanding of social media trends Strong interest in B2B Technology is a big plus! #LI-EC1 #LI-hybrid Equal Opportunity: WE provides equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate against an employee or applicant because of age, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or other legally protected class status. Responsibilities
