• In partnership with manager, determines process performance requirements and appropriate measures.
• Reviews and interprets performance measures with business manager.
• Supports manager to ensure that the effectiveness and efficiency of the process are improved
• Works with the manager to ensure people and skill requirements of the process are met.
• May support in management of process changes.
• Maintains contact with manager in direct support of processes
• Works with manager to understand financial impact, skill set requirements, and legal and compliance issues for a process.
• Conduct research around process performance reports inside and outside the industry to inform the Process Leads.
• Recognize and reach for assistance from manager to clear improvement obstacles and settle conflict. Key Measures of Success (should align with goals)
