Apply now to launch your career and create real impact for patients worldwide. #FutureofLabcorp About the Team: The Flow Cytometry Validation department provides a custom solutions for clients by validating fit-for-purpose flow cytometry panels for a variety of therapies and disease indications. Internship Assignment Summary: Work within the Flow Cytometry Validation Laboratory auditing document workflows, identifying areas for improvement and determining creative solutions to any inefficiencies observed. Collaborate between cross-functional teams to drive solutions that suit all stakeholders. Propose a repeatable, easily manageable process for global document reviews and approvals. Generate materials to support training efforts for the new process. Attend and organize meetings as necessary to provide updates to primary stakeholders. Education/Qualifications/Skills: Working towards bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Computer Information Science. Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues. Embraces diverse perspectives through partnerships and teamwork Experience with Microsoft 360 Suite and Smart Sheet would be beneficial Knowledge of AI tools is a plus, but the ability to think outside of the box is key.
